Two Magpies Bakery is the greatest thing to happen to Suffolk this decade. Rebecca and her team make the greatest bread, the most wholesome but imaginative cakes, and have a mission to use local ingredients which inspire game-changing results.

In 2012 Rebecca’s life took a bold swerve and, with no previous business or bakery experience, she left her job as an art teacher and moved to Southwold, Suffolk to open the hugely successful ‘Two Magpies Bakery’.
After many years working with long fermented sourdough breads and developing recipes her focus has now moved back to her first love, teaching, sharing her passion for baking through an exciting range of bakery classes and the recipes in her book - Two Magpies Bakery, published in April 2023.
Rebecca continues to pursue her ‘Next Loaf’ and hopes you can join her through her food writing, baking blog and recipe development for upcoming online classes.
