After many years building the Two Magpies Bakery brand, working with long fermented sourdough breads and developing recipes Rebecca left the group in 2023 to focus on her first love, teaching - sharing her passion for baking through an exciting range of classes in her new business “The Next Loaf’ baking school and through the recipes in her book - Two Magpies Bakery, published in April 2023.

Rebecca continues to pursue her ‘Next Loaf’ and hopes you can join her through her teaching, food writing, baking blog and recipe development.
